Boulder City is one of the most distinctive small towns in Nevada — a no-gambling, no-strip-mall enclave built in the 1930s for the workers of Hoover Dam. The historic district is full of original 1930s-50s homes whose garages weren't even built for cars by today's standard, and most need creative solutions when their original wood doors finally give up.
That's where we come in. We do a lot of vintage and restoration work in Boulder City — replacing original wood doors with composite that visually match the historic district's look, retrofitting modern openers into spaces that weren't designed for them, and replacing 60-year-old hardware with modern equivalents that don't draw attention. We work with the BC Historical Preservation Commission when needed.
Boulder City is our farthest service area (45 minutes from our shop), so we run scheduled appointments rather than same-day for most jobs. Emergency calls are still answered 24/7 — we just charge a per-mile dispatch fee to cover the drive. Routine service: book 2-3 days out. (702) 555-0184.
