Do I really own the system?
Yes. Code, design, customer list, domain — all yours. Cancel the $70/month Care any time and you still keep everything. Unlike Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Wix, your platform isn't rented.
Why is $700 so much cheaper than an agency?
Modern stack (Next.js, Stripe, Twilio, cloud-native). Refined process. No agency overhead. Same premium build, fraction of the price — not cut corners. We earn long-term on the $70/month Care plan and growth tiers, so the build is priced to get you on the platform.
What if I cancel before the build is delivered?
Refunds are tiered by phase. Within 24 hours of payment and before any work begins, full refund (minus processing fees). After kickoff, partial refund less work completed. What does the $70/month Care plan cover?
Production hosting, SSL, automated backups, security patches, 1 site update per month, basic tech support, and dashboard access. The Essentials plan covers the platform itself; AI lead automation, SMS text-back, and the 24/7 AI voice agent come with the Growth ($150/mo) and Elite ($400/mo) plans.
