Most builds launch in 7–14 business days from when your deposit clears and you provide your assets (logo, photos, content). Industry norm is 4–6 weeks — we move faster because we run a refined process with a small team.

Every build includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within a 5 business day revision window after preview delivery. You get a live preview link before anything goes public — every detail reviewable, every round documented. After the revision window closes, additional changes are billed at $100/hour. Most builds reach final approval within those 2 rounds.

Refunds are tiered by phase. Within 24 hours of payment and before any build work begins, you receive a full refund. After project kickoff but before design preview, you receive a partial refund less work completed. After preview delivery, refunds are limited to unstarted work. Absolutely. Everything we do is remote. We work with service operators across the United States — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, and any service business ready to scale. Consultations are done over video call or phone, and your platform is delivered digitally. Location doesn't matter.
