Enterprise is south Las Vegas's fastest-growing residential corridor. From the established neighborhoods of Mountain's Edge and Rhodes Ranch, to the newer master-plans at Southern Highlands and Inspirada, to the production builds along Cactus and Volunteer Boulevard — Enterprise homes are mostly built between 2003 and present.
That means three things for our work here. First, builder warranty support — most of our Enterprise calls are for homes still inside their 1-year or 2-year builder warranty; we coordinate the repair, deliver it, and bill the original GC. Second, spring breaks at year 8-12 — the original springs that came on these doors hit end-of-life in this exact window; we get a wave of these calls every spring. Third, opener upgrades — homeowners who bought 2010-2015 production homes are upgrading the original chain-drive openers to wifi belt-drive units when they're ready for a quieter setup.
