North Las Vegas covers the entire northern end of the valley, from Aliante at the Range, to Eldorado off Craig Rd, to the established communities along Lone Mountain and Centennial Hills. Most of these neighborhoods went up in the 2003-2010 production-build wave, which means the original springs are reaching end-of-life and the chain-drive openers are due for upgrades.
We see a high volume of spring snaps in cold mornings here — North Las Vegas runs 8-10 degrees colder than south valley overnight in winter, and that's hard on torsion springs. We also do a lot of opener replacements on the original Sears Craftsman models that came on most production homes from this era. The build quality of those openers wasn't great; most fail at year 12-15.
For larger commercial work, we serve the warehouse corridor between Lamb and Lake Mead, including roll-up doors and high-cycle commercial openers. Same-day for residential, scheduled within 48 hours for commercial. (702) 555-0184.
