Most of our Paradise calls fall into one of three buckets. Aging openers — half the homes here still have a 1990s-era Genie or Sears Craftsman that's reaching end-of-life; we replace with modern LiftMaster Wi-Fi models in under 2 hours. Sun-rotted seals and bottom panels — Paradise homes face direct south sun and the bottom 18" of every garage door takes brutal punishment; we swap panels in a morning. Tenant-call emergency repair — a lot of Paradise is rental property; we coordinate directly with property managers via SMS, send before/after photos, and bill back to the owner.
