What Messages We Send
Velonyx Systems sends the following types of SMS text messages to clients who opt in:
- Booking confirmations — When you submit a consultation request through our website, you receive a one-time text confirming we received your request.
- Project status updates — If you are an active client with a website project, you may receive text updates about your project status (e.g., "Your site has moved to the design phase").
- Appointment reminders — Reminders sent 24 hours and 1 hour before scheduled appointments.
We do not send marketing messages, promotions, or advertising via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Typical clients receive 1-5 text messages total during their project. You will never receive more than 2 messages per day.

How You Opt In to Receive SMS Messages
You opt in to receive SMS text messages from Velonyx Systems by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at velonyxsystems.com. The checkbox is located on our consultation booking form and must be checked before submitting the form.
Verbal Consent (Phone Consultations)
For clients who book via phone, the following verbal consent script is used:
"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Velonyx Systems regarding your project. This includes booking confirmations, project status updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you agree to receive text messages?"
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from (877) 317-8643
- Emailing admin@velonyxsystems.com with the subject "SMS Opt Out"
- Calling (877) 317-8643 and requesting to be removed
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Velonyx Systems messages. You will not receive any more texts. Reply START to re-subscribe."

Privacy
Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of sending you project-related SMS messages. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to any third parties. Your information is stored securely and used only for communications related to your Velonyx Systems project.
