Correct. On the monthly plan your first payment is just the monthly price. Part of each of your first 12 payments (the “build portion” — $59, $79, or $149 depending on plan) pays for building your system; the rest is the month’s service. That is why the price drops after payment twelve.

Those services are built for consumers buying for personal use, and their rules exclude business-to-business purchases — which is what a Velonyx system is. Rather than send you to a lender that may decline the purchase, we built the payment plan into the price: 0% interest, no application, no credit check. If you prefer outside financing, business credit cards with 0% introductory periods work at checkout like any card.

Within 48 hours of your first payment and before kickoff, everything is refunded and nothing is owed. After that, cancel any time online; on the monthly plan the unpaid build portion for the remaining months is due (for example, cancel Essentials after month 4: 8 × $59 = $472) and no further service fee is charged. On the annual 3-payment option, the remaining payments are due. After month 12, cancel any time with nothing further owed. See the Refund Policy.

Your price drops to the service price ($70 / $150 / $350 a month) and you can ask us to transfer the whole system — code, database, configuration — to accounts you control. Yes for the annual price — Stripe checkout accepts US bank transfers (ACH), and we can invoice for a check or wire on request. The monthly plan runs on a card on file so nothing is ever missed.
